Natasha Mulrooney

LICENSED MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST

About Natasha

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that even when we feel disconnected or unsure of what comes next, there is still a part of us that knows the way forward. Sometimes we just need space to slow down, listen, and find our way back to it.

I see my role as a guide, walking alongside you as we make sense of where you’ve been and uncover what you need to move forward. I bring authenticity, honesty, and an open mind to our work together. You can expect a space where you are met without judgment and encouraged to show up as you are.

My approach is integrative and often looks beyond the traditional therapy room. I draw from extensive training in trauma work and a variety of approaches to understand the whole person. I’m also not afraid to think outside the box when something different may help you see things in a new way.

Whether I’m working with an individual, couple, or family, I believe our relationships with ourselves and with others can be some of our greatest opportunities for healing and growth. Together, we can help you reconnect with your own inner knowing and begin writing the next chapter of your story.
