At Novel Wellness, the heart of our practice is the people behind it. We’re real people who care deeply about the work we do and the people who trust us to be part of their lives.

That care starts with how we treat one another. We’ve built a team that genuinely enjoys being together, roots for each other, and shows up when someone needs a hand. Somewhere along the way, coworkers became friends and our practice began to feel a little more like family.

We believe there’s something meaningful about that. The warmth within these walls doesn’t stop with our team. It carries into the rooms where we sit with our clients, into the conversations we have with families, and into the small moments that make someone feel remembered rather than simply scheduled.

There is no single personality, story, or way of doing therapy here. Each person on our team brings something distinctly their own. What we share is a deep respect for the people who walk through our doors and an understanding of what it means to be trusted with pieces of someone’s life.

Novel Wellness has grown over the years, but we never want to outgrow that feeling. We want this to remain a place where people know each other, care about each other, laugh together, lean on one another, and make room for people to simply be human.
