Pam De Santiago

Recovery Coach

About Pam

I’m a Texas Board Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. In addition to my work at Novel Wellness as a recovery coach, I run two recovery homes and a nonprofit that provides safe, structured transitional housing for people in crisis.

Recovery can mean different things to different people. For some, it’s overcoming addiction. For others, it may mean setting boundaries, working through codependency, rebuilding stability, or changing patterns that are no longer working. Whatever brings you here, recovery is about finding a way forward that feels right for you.

I see my work in recovery as helping people take the driver’s seat while I’m along for the ride. During your journey, I’m here to help put bumpers in place so you can set your own boundaries.

I’m not here to convince you to start your journey. I’m here to help you poke holes in your thinking and look at things from a different perspective. I’ll help guide you, keep you accountable, and support you as you figure out what recovery looks like for you.

Background:

I’m a Nationally Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) and, in 2019, founded Next Steps, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps those in The Colony community facing crisis connect with resources.

I offer both in-office and virtual support and am self-pay only. Recovery packages are available and can be customized based on the level of support you’re looking for. If you’re ready to make a change, reach out to our office. We can talk about what support could look like for you.
